Ever since the oceans became the people’s mode of transport, the spice trade has characterised the main routes of commerce throughout the world. Spices were used for food, currency, religion and medicine.
It’s no surprise spice has a huge influence in the gregarious share plate eating that is prevalent in the sea ports of all the spice routes in Asia, Europe, Africa and the America’s. Our menu is designed to be a tribute to this food style, with drinks and music to match. Of course you can have a plate to yourself too.
